A base call-out fee plus distance and time of day, quoted verbally before the truck or technician leaves. Nothing is added after the job without your sign-off.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes — every job carries a workmanship guarantee, term depending on service type. Parts carry their manufacturer warranty where applicable.
Can you handle a scheduled B2B contract as well as one-off jobs?
Yes. Logistics, HVAC and construction clients are typically on recurring or project-based agreements with a dedicated account contact, separate from the emergency dispatch line.
What areas do you cover?
Gauteng, Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal metros directly, with freight and construction contracts extending further on request.
